... the Lodge's rustic log cabins ... are most definitely clean, comfortable and cosy. Set in the shade of tall fir and spruce trees, the setting is near idyllic... Thankfully, the dining room at the lodge is one of the few of it's era that hasn't gone upscale with its menu. For the budget conscious traveller, that means a reasonably priced meal in a rustic setting most places charge extra for.

... The restaurant's food was most tasty, and while the menu was not extensive, there was ample variety and a nice wine list. The clean, neat cabins have a main room with queen-size bed, casual chairs, and small bathroom; outside is a porch with chairs for mountain watching. Excellent service, leisurely pace, genuine rusticity, quiet atmosphere, friendly people
